Can someone help me with the searial numbers for the pair of gaskets that go with the metal plate on the 260 cowl. I need to replace mine but its trash to bad to identify any numbers.

27-823142 2 should be the latest number.

Got it, but its only one gasket..there is usually another one thats not as beefy as that one...Do you know that part number for that one?

I think they recommend the heavier gaskets on both sides. The stock gasket is 27-99176 4, a little more reasonable in price.

Yeah, thanks again.. Think I will consider using two of the heavy ones. It says "metal reinforced". Should work better because when I removed the lighter one, it actually fall apart in my hand..
