Greg, do you know of a way I could post picts (more than 3 at a time per post) on the sight. I am using a cannon eos2d and do go to a few of the events here in fl. I know I have seen links where camera girl has put picts of the bling. Just trying to keep from taking up room on the sight. Any help would be great. And thks for all your help with the sight also.

The easy way to do it is host them at IMAGESHACK (http://imageshack.us/). That way you can post bigger pics, and as many as you want.

That's correct - many times I just use my Imageshack account so I can post multiple, full-size images into one post. Just register at Imageshack if you want to store your images there -- or you don't even have to register, but you won't be able to retrieve uploaded images later on.

Once you upload the image, click on the "Insert Image" button above http://forums.screamandfly.com/forums/imagesSF/editor/insertimage.gifand paste the address of the image into the text box that appears. You can do this many times in one post.

Thanks a lot guys good info for the future. Another question on telephoto lenses. Been looking at lenses with IS (a bit pricy) and after talking to many people that say they don't use the IS function that much. What is a good mid range lens? Thks

That all depends on what you're using the lens for. Also, Canon or Nikon system?

Greg I am useing a Cannon EOS20D. I was thingking of a 70-200mm lens. As far as for what I am using it for is taking mostly action picts of the boats and my son's go-cart racing. Just switched over to digital about 8 months ago now having to get new lenses.

I suggest a Canon 70-200 f4. Excellent image quality. These can be had in the sub 500 dollar range used. Stop over to http://photography-on-the.net/ and check out the classified section. This lens is often for sale in like new condition by someone who either decides to get the IS or HAS to have the 2.8.

Definitely consider the Canon 70-200 F4L. An incredible pro-grade lens that's super fast and sharp. You cannot go wrong with that lens.
