ECU question 2.4 Bridgeport

I have a 2.4 bridgeport analog box. There is a short solid black wire coming out of the ECU harness i just wanted to verify that it is a ground! It does not show it in my service manual, i am pretty sure that it is.

The wiring on my factory '90 analog box are sheathed all the way to the connector, no loose wires. :confused:
