My Rapidcraft that I just bought has 2 -25 gallon aluminum saddle tanks. It has the stainless flip top caps with 2" fill hoses. There are no vents in this tank. I am assuming it has been this way since new. Is it getting the vent from the cap? Does it need a vent? Is the vent more for overflow then it is for venting purpouses?
