I need a little help. I took my vector(2.6 omc w/16'' taylor made mid section,29 omc chopper) out on her maiden voyage & was really disapointed because of a couple of things.Ive got dual ride guide rack steering on opposite sides of the boat, I turn the wheel to left boat goes right, somethings either missing or I just aint got it hooked up right (obliviously)(duh).Any help on this ride guide problem would be really appreciated.

I've got the same system on my boat.Reduces torque steer to zero. Its late ,so I didn't go out to look, but it seems to me,just thinking about it that you've mounted the racks upside down.I know its a pain in the butt, but flipping them over i.e top becomes bottom ,should solve your problem.Go out and look ,post what you,ve got and I'll compare it with mine i.e boat turns right when wheel turned right:B T

That was the problem.I thought about last nite an went home today on my lunch hour and fixed it.I think I was just having one of those days yesterday when everything you touch turns to sh#t,but today everything is looking a whole lot better. Thanks for your reply
