2002 Pro XB Limited 250

I just recently purchased a XB to hang on the back of my 90 XTB Allison.Sorry to ask this stupid question,but could you guys chime in and tell me the pros and cons of the XB? Thanks

As far as I understand, the 250XB is essentially the same engine as the 250XS, except it has no Sportmaster option, and integral power trim. :)

The 250XB is an EFI engine, while the 250XS is a DFI engine. The 250XB is a powerhouse motor, very strong and reliable, but it does like to drink the gas and oil. I drove a buddy's 21 Magnum Stratos with a 250XB and was VERY impressed with the performance and overall manerisms of the engine...

Great engine,mine runs great. But,I always seem to bring an extra gas can to feed that beast!

uses ton of fuel! but hands down the BEST sounding motor at idle I have ever heard.. its music to my ears lol

Its identical to a 300promax.... just called a 250:D
