How was it ? It looked flawless from the pics, they are great boats, I have had mine in 4 footers on Kentucky Lake and felt safe. I know its a drive but try and make the June 23rd ILL RIVER RUN alot of cool boats, its posted on general boating and events and races.
You weren't in four footers, none of use have been in four footers with our boats, let's be serious. The Ohio River wasn't even 1-footers, and remember what happened?

I've been in the Atlantic Ocean in my 17 foot BassHawk before. I would say those were 4 footers. They were far enough apart to drive them though.
2 or 3 miles was enough for me and we turned back toward the intercoastal.

I will tell you what, lets both go run the Ozarks any weekend this summer to party cove in the afternoon and if we dont run into some 4 footers I will by the gas and if we do you buy:D

WHAT A D I C K
We here in on the south shore of long island NY drive in four footers regularlly, and when the wind kick on the Sacandanga upstate NY there are easily four footers.
Ya Da Man !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
What He said any big lake try looking at the web cam on Winapasawki on and weekend The thing Looks Like a Washing Machine
I was referring to the inland crowd. Other than a couple of times getting caught in bad weather, none of us are routinely going out and "running in 4-footers" with a 21 Obsession, you'd be going through half the waves.
Sorry, I had you confused with someone else, there was another 21 (liberator/daytona/obsession type thing) that got a two-foot crack in the bottom of one sponson at the Rumble in those tiny one-footers.

Go to Grand Haven/Spring Lake, Holland, or Muskegon in MI and get out on the lake on a windy day....you won't see any 21' boats running because they will be in the air too much to get on the gas, that is if they can stay in the seats. Rollers are a different story, but we don't get those here we get waves. I had friends that got rid of 24' I/O deep vees because the floor didn't have any good wood left to bolt the seats to.

I think your Talk about Trikkie's Boat and I dont think it had anything to do with the waves

There was more than one broken boat at the Rumble, I know...

The boat turned out to be extra clean only 14 hours on it,acording to the onwer, it needs a different prop, has a 29 chopper, how far above the pad should this motor be set, its dead center of the point of the nose cone now. The boat will not air out ,any ideas

I am running about 1" down from dead center. 27 three blade matsco has great hole shot and good mid range, 28 three blade matsco fair hole shot tops in the 90's, just picked up a 4 blade cleaver 28 hope to try this weekend. If I see you guys you can try any of them. We run up north some, maybe I will make a trip up there I was at a wedding in Galena and drove over to check the river out.

With the weight of the v-8 you have to stay down in the water a little like he said. With it up even you're just pushin water and not the boat. Mine would pull a 29 SRX 6250rpm at 1'' below the pad.Motor may be tired.

So many event and so little time:( My brother and I will for sure come up to run with you guys this summer, he has a 21ft warhawk tunnel with a JSRE 2.5. and we are always looking for an excuse to make a road trip.

Yeah? This was in the sheltered area. I couldn't take pictures in the rough stuff! I have lots of witnesses as to 4 footers inland.

Those look like 2-3 footers MAX to me. But as you said, that is the sheltered area.
