First run of the year WOW !!!!!

Well had the V-king out today for about 2 hrs and it was a sweet ride and all went PERFECT no leaks , noises or anything bad to talk about !!!!:eek: !!!!

With a 24" Merc:mad: Chopper it ran well as the break-in time left is now nearing 2hrs ............. after dropping my friend off at the dock to get the trailer I could not refuse to see what it would turn and..................... SH*T .............
..................... 8200-8300 and had some pedal left but did not want to spit parts this early in the year !!!!!!!!! I'm guessing at 9000-9200 with a 24" when break-in is complete !!!!!! :eek:

How do you dare spin those RPMs, Do you have the long rods? I have been told not to run mine above 7000 7500 or guarenteed rod failuture. Was going to take mine out today but not quite ready mabe tommorow. That prop must give some serious tork off the bottom, I got a merc drag prop 23 with lots of cup cant wait to try on mine for torken around.:)

:confused: HOW DO YOU MAKE THAT THING TURN THOSE RPM'S. I GOT 3 MORE HOURS BREAKIN AND I ONLY GOT BRAVE ENOUGH TO HIT 5800. IM RUNNING A 28P CHOPPER AFTER BREAKIN I MIGHT TRY A 24P. JUST FOUND OUT HOW TO DISCCONECT THE REV LIMITER,BUT I AM STILL NOT GOING ANY WHERE CLOSE TO 9000. ITS NOT STOCK ANY MORE BUT IT WILL STILL GO BOOM. :D
