How Fast: 1983 Daytona w 200 ob? (and where should the price be?)

I'm looking at a 1983 19 daytona, mostly original w 200 hp Merc, (no details on the year yet)

How fast should it run w stock seats no jack plate, and how fast w Shucks buckets and a jackplate.

It isn't a S&F boat like the one w the 300 drag on it. (but it might be soon=P )

Any guesses on what to pay for a stocker? BMT/

70 to 80 if it has a low water pickup. you should throw a jackplate on it and i would say mid 85's with the jack plate. i wouldnt think the seats would matter.. but its all personal preference
