Mercury motor ID

I have an older Mercury motor with the numbers A934606 on the tag. Can anyone help ID this motor as I have no clue what it really is. Thanks

200 HP
service manual shows 78-88 so i would be guessing at the year

Midas shows it as a 1986 200 carb motor and you should see why it is low on that hole. It might be a fairly inexpensive fix now and if you run it till it breaks you might be tossing it. Just JMO because they rarely fix themselves.
