I have a 96 pro-v 150, I just completed phase 2 with mod intake and reed plate, at wide open she quits pushing, starts slowing down, I can let off to about 3/4 and she picks up speed again, I also went from 32mm carbs to 34mm, does it sound like I have to much carb now?, This is the set-up hydro-tec said to use, Please help, Thanks.
