need help please.hi , i have a 225 looper on a v-king. upon take off , after the hull lay's down i get a bog from the engine ,then it picks back up and runs normal. i thought the carbs were loosing fuel from the boat coming up too high in the front.i installed a wail tail and it still does it.it's the stock vro pump but im mixing my own oil.i have stock heads with 62d jets and the air box gutted but i don't think thats the problem. it didn't start doing it until i put this motor on my hydrostream.i have a new fuel tank with a screened pick up . the pick up is about a quarter inch from the bottom of the tank.top end and cruising i have no problem, only bogs on take off.timing is correct also. any suggestions

Just curious? What sort of prop you are running. Over Hub? Thru Hub? What pitch?

I had a similar problem that ending being the prop. I'm not saying that is your problem, but its worth a look. :)
