Your are correct it is not in their performance listing, but the Feb. issue of Bass & Walleye on page 74 list the 200xs with a list price of $16,875.00
I have one of the xs with a short mid section on a 19ft Bullet, its a great motor for a 2.5 engine. Just my 2 cents.

I called merc hi-perf several months ago. They said they had a limited # left and that's it. All were 20 inch (no ss), and it was either 9 or 19. They could not speak for dealer inventories.

jerkoffs like you complain about not having new smaller high perf motors, but would never buy one anyway if they sold for what they did 20 years ago.

ok... what ever... but there is no need for a verado to get racing stickers....

We use the 200XS 15inch mid section as a subtitute for our old xr2`s here in scandinavia and Europe with great sucsess, of cours it would be nice to have some more hp but it powers a 23 fot batboat to about 80 knots, not bad!

I didn't think the bat boat used an outboard.

Kind of like the 2.5XS that slid away? What 2.5s are left?
