got a group of boats gonna do some boating on the lake harris chain and the eustis chain this weekend , got about 5 boats already confrimed , warrens comming up from miami , were all gonna shack up at phil connans on dunns creek ! for a big bbq and bon fire at night , gonna even do a little gator hunting .....every ones gonna meet up before noon and head over to vics on the river for a big lunchon ! and do some killer boating all day on the chain , gonna be fun !!!!!!!:) might do some running on sunday too ...

Parker tells there is a PARTY brewing so lets have one. Wildman the ramp at my house is a little rough for a rig like yours. It is not concrete, works great for a Allison using a four wheel drive truck. I would recomend buzzard beach ramp(hwy 441) for bigger rigs. Tom, anyone who want's to come is welcome BRING IT! Hotshot, is on thew money about the fish cops. They do inforce the no wake zone on Hainscreek. So the no wake sign means NO Wake.

Parker, the dirt bike track is a HUDGE RUSH in ALLISON boat. Nothing like a set of tripples in a Allison once you hit the first hard enough to clear the rest.
Little hard on the prop but speed makes up for distance.

as of today , heres the plan , arriving at phils fri night bour 9pm for some beer and some bench racing , wait for warren to show up , and drinking rum and cokes, till the am hours, saturday were all gonna meet at buzzards beach boat ramp at 1130 or 12 noon , running thru all of the harris chain , eustis , and mt dora , stopping for lunch at vicks on the river sometime thru out the day , , then going back to coonnants, house for a bonfire and a bbq , there a publix 5 minutes from phils house for anyone that wants to grab a few things for the grill , im gonna buy some pork tenderloins , and some sausages , just dont know if i can feed everyone , phil has plenty of parking by boat or car, for everyone , so lets party , ill have to see how i feel after sat night , might not make it out on sunday!

heard scotty to hottie is comming with the race trailer and the triad dr 20 to make some passes behind phils house at night :eek:

It was an awesome day on the water 80 degrees, water was under a foot, and no one hurt themselves or thier stuff. Parker was there, but never made it to Vics. Don't know why, probably nursing his hangover. 10-12 boats showed up. Here we went through the Dora canal. It was like a jungle cruise. Here's some pics.

Scott V aka Yellowallison thanks for the boat ride, it was a blast riding around in your Yellow Young, got to put a few faces with some names I see here all the time, Phil C, nice ally, Parker wanted to talk to ya but never got the chance ( I know some people you and you dad know from the old days) Rob S Mirage looks BRAND NEW but is a late Collins Mirage, wildman nice seeing you again (met you last Jan at the Daytona boat show) , DCI nice stream runs great with the little motor (sure wish the T-2 was there!!!!)

All in all it was a perfect day, I was in FLA boat riding in high 70's to low 80's weather while its freezing here in ILL, yea i had to fly back today and we may get 6" of snow tonight but I have a slightly sunburned head to show for my trip and a big smile that hopefully will last out the winter
