96 225efi 3.0 TUNER QUESTION

I have been looking for info on cutting my tuner down.
Does anybody have info or is there a thread/pics with this info ?

pull tuner/can out. find the casting line on bottom it should be about five inches from bottom, take a sawzall and wack it off. or go to madefi.com and buy one of wayne's.

I think mine is to old for Waynes tuner (98 & up) .

Have you cut your tuner ? I have read the 5 inches from bottom at casting line . I really wanted to see a pic .

dont waste your time , unless you JUST want it louder ...........

i will agree on the noise. and that is all you will get if you do not open the front up a little. more air more flow more power.
