2007 Winter Superfest Headcount !!

Date: January 27th... time 7:00 till 11:00 PM
I just got in touch with Rick, the manager of the Bulldog Grill. Here is a breakdown of the pricing. Last year it was around $50.00 with just a 4 hour cocktail party.
This year we're having a full 4 hour Buffet along with the 4 Hour Top Shelf Open Bar. It's only around $ 4.00 more then last year. Hell, if your gonna drink hard, you might as well eat hard too. Hell, I took Kate to "Cao Baby" for lunch on Sunday...it cost $ 125.00 (plus tip) for an hour and 2 cocktails each.
Here's the price breakdown.
$ 25.95 per person for the 4 hour buffet
$ 16.00 per person fro the 4 hour Top Shelf Open Bar
$ 3.62 per person Sales Tax
$ 8.20 per person 18% Gratuety (tip)

$ 53.77 per person for Winter Superfest 2007, or round it off to $ 54.00

John, the latest will be January 19th, although last year some stragglers paid at the door. But your name has to be on the list, prior to coming. We can handle 100 people this year compared to 45-50 last year. Plus we have our own bar !!! And a balcony to go and have a smoke, or fresh air.

Just came from the Bulldog. Room is all set up for 54 people. So we have extra seats for the walk-in's. Cool room with a full bar and 7' big screen to watch the boat races on.
2 1/2 hours to go !!

We had a blast !! Much nicer then last year. Great food, video's and drinks. The only sucky part was at the end when I had to pay the manager. His managers headcount was 43, yet we only handed out 37 wristbands. Which means 6 people didn't pay. So guess who paid ? This was aprivate party, which means that to attend and hang out, you needed to purchase a wristband for $ 54.00 . For anyone who might have bought a drink downstairs, then decided to come upstairs to the "PRIVATE" Superfest Party, you cost me $ 54.00 each.
I do remember seeing Zul there. His name wasn't on the list, yet he was drinking away. The others know who they are. Anyway $ 324 out of my pocket.
