14' Mirage Cheetah Tunnel

I just got my hands on a 14' Mirage cheetah Tunnel which has never been rigged.
I am just looking for the best place to get information on how to set this boat up as a first time tunnel owner.
This boat will not be raced just used to play around the Big-Engine boys on the river.
Budget is limited but it seems like a fun project to start.
