I will need a cover for my vegas this spring. Has anyone found a stock size or manufacturer that works well?

It seems that all the 20' covers will be too wide.

Thanks

good luck. Save up and have one made for you at a custom canvas shop, get the best that you can afford, if you really want it to last. I have a $120 wal-mart type nylon cover, and it sucks. I had one from Hydrostream's favorite canvas shop before, and it almost fit OK. The patterns for the Vegas XT that these shops use is for the "new" XT, ever-so-slightly different shape, and the pattern has no provision for the motor, cables, and steering hardware. Basically the pattern was made from a boat with no motor installed. duuuuhhh!!!!

Wal-Mart /Meijer piece of sh** cover $100-150
"Vegas XT" cover (overtons, bimini shop pattern, etc) $300-400 depending on fabric
Custom-made cover $500-1000 depending on fabric and size/complexity

a westerland?? cover fits but your right it extends over the side but does function as a cover... if you want a true cover get one custom done.. that way it is built to your boat, setup, and exact layout of rigging

I know this is an old oost but I'm tempted to buy this one
http://www.ebay.com/itm/272053995050 , it is for the 03-06 Vegas ....I realize a different boat but for the money it must be better than a Walmart universal cover ?
Thoughts ?

I also have a Vegas XT 1987 outboard
