It seems that there is a shortage of cheap 2.5 / 7 peddle reed blocks
but there are alot of 2.4 / 7 peddle blocks kicking around
For those who dont know ...the 2.4 reed block window is alot smaller than a 2.5
i have had a couple of people contact me to see if i could make their 2.4 reed blocks work on their 2.5 manifolds
the answer is that YES I CAN !
Im not saying that the cut 2.4 reed block is a good substitute for a 260 reed block ...but its better than nothing at all.
below are some pictures comparing a un cut 2.4 to a cut 2.4 and a 260 reed block
notice that the window of the cut 2.4 block is the same as the 260 reed block
also is a picture of a full set of cut 2.4 / 7 peddle reed blocks installed on a EFI reed plate
I do this for $108 (per 6 blocks) return shipping included
