Is the Harmonic Balancer on an F1 F8 the same as the production unit?

You know it will never see the water or the back of a boat for that matter so why even waste your money. Just dont take the cowling off and nobody will ever know. You usually drain all the fluids when you put them in a museum.:eek: :D

I think that's pretty much it, maybe a gasket here and there and a few bolts. I've got the wrong timer base too, but people tell me that the one I have will run the motor, but it's not an original F1 part.
