Looking at the CS3400 on ebay, any opinions? At the music store they sure push the more expensive brands like dbx.

Good stuff costs money. The DBX, Ashly, and other higher-end stuff might be a little cleaner. The Behringer stuff is decent for the money. We're a Behringer dealer, if you want one I could probably order one and ship it to you. It's CX3400 , by the way.

We've got a used Ashly 2-band for $60, but maybe you need 3 or 4 bands...

Thanks Pyro, I figured you would answer. I got the same opinion from a fellow at work.
I got the item for $56, I am now in bi-amp country! It sells here for $239 CDN in the music stores.
I need a 2 band now, but I will need a 3 band in the future.
