Crankcase Cover leak?

I am installing Boyesen reeds on a 91 XR4....I noticed that when I was prepping to re-install the intake manifold that there was fuel/oil puddled in the crankcase cover and was seeping from one of the crankcase bolts. Specifically, it is #3 bolt in the torque sequence. I assume this is a problem and I tightened the bolt another 1/2 turn .........but it was tight anyway.....what else can I do to ensure the leak stops? Or should I even worry about it? Thanks in advance :D

The engine is constantly having unspent fuel and oil.

You will also see it standing around the bleed system.
