Evinrude 89 lower unit to an 02 225

I have an 89 150 Evinrude lower unit. What all do I need to put it on my '02 225ho Evinrude? It would be my primary unit, just a spare. Also I know they did a prop shaft change in there some time to, so will my new props work on the 89 LU also?

Drive shaft will need to be changed as they are a 1/4 inch different length, the shift shaft will also need to be changed. The prop will fit the later shaft is larger right before the thrust washer.
