CMC Lift plate

I've got an older model CMC lift plate that I believe needs new seals in the ram. When lifted, the plate will lower itself over time. The pump was rebuilt recently as were the lines. How tough a job is it to rebuild the ram?

It's not bad if the ram is not all crusty from being in salt water. Make shure that you can still get the seal kit's from CMC or ?. They haven't used that ram set-up in a while.
