280 Ports?

Is it possible to port a 2.5L 200EFI block to 280 specs?

280's have a pretty low exhaust port timing to help the torque lost with the hogged out Drag Motor "like" chest. The 280's I've measured ( IF my feble mind remembers) is around 1".620" ish off the deck, your 200 may be close to that BUT hasn't got the chest hogged out ? Most 260s are 1".565"ish off the deck just FYI and Drags ( with almost the same chest as a 280 ) is 1".530" ish off the deck and without a gang of compression the Drag is a little soft on the bottom with the loss of torque with pump gas heads........
