I want to bump the compression up on a 2.5 200 HP. It has a stock ECU on it now. Can I go up to say 145# without changing the ECU?

Shooter if you keep it in the 145# range you will be fine.

Usually they are a little rich from the factory so you can get away with it.

Juss make sho ya got good gas, tha ecu will cover tha rest

Bump up the fuel pressure.

If you find it is running lean that is a good cheap fix.
