I just bought a 1999 5.3 z71 extended cab and wondered what kind of mileage you guys are getting? I was hoping for 15+

Easily with some discipline, more like 16 in town and 21 or so on the super slab..

I rarely get to use a full tank of gas on just the e-way, but mixed driving I am hitting 15-16mpg's.....wondering if this old girl needs a real thorough tune up?

145,000 Miles, prolly could use a few things....
