Up to speed - same nice white with Red and Blue Razor stripes boat creeps by on the left- (Passed ehm in the harbor) Got up to the "GANG" all the boats were Parked on the back side of the island on my left- Island protecting us from the wind, sun in our faces, Boats are doin passes showin off, screamin past each other like a narrow highway at 70 plus, I go out to do a wheely and some passis and the plug comes undone from CPU- I'm Dead in the middle of all these crazies (like me) reconnected did a few passes and the engine dies again. reconnect PCU Connection - Yell to these 3 Cruisers tied up "got any TAPE" They invited me over tossed me some tape and I gave the PCU connection a good tapin, they feed me and I did a few more passes and go back - a daring woman pegs for a ride- do a few more passes "she was lovin Life at speed!)- hung out they fead me more - I give another daring dude a rip. Watched "Gang" head North to Hartford - Carlson CVX turbine is cool!- Stayed in the sun - being fead - watched "Gang" come Back - Many Sweet Boats I was in Heaven!!. More passes--Gang headed South - I stayed, being fead, kickin back in the sun. Got some gas on the way back in Middletown CT - nice Marina- Got back to speed and saw a big boat coming up River I smiled and said AIR! Hit the third curl at about 50 mph - Got serious AIR and bounced super hard on the landing. but kept goin - got back up to speed and arrived at the Haddam Ramp area -many more passes, parked the boat in the mud while the "Gang" trailered, ate ,met more nice people - took pictures of all the nice boats that were parked - met some nice racers and there women. Forgot there names??
Got fead a double Hamburger and a dog and a beer, Made my donation -Gettin dark -headed home before I froze to death!
My adrenilin is still pumped from all the speed over water and good people I met.
