Mercury Gasket ?

I have a '99 Mecrury 2.5 200 hp. I'm replacing the upper motor mounts. Unfortunately, I didn't match up the gasket(between the upper and lower plate) before I scraped it off. The new gasket has holes that don't seem to match the plate. I ordered the gaskets from Sierra and they tell me this is the only gasket for a 2.5L. Is this the correct gasket?

I had the same problem. Wrong gasket... overheated! Ended up making my
own gasket from material!
