Mariner Shaft Size?

Can You Guys Tell From This Pic If Its A 20" Or 25" Shaft. Also How Can You Tell If Its 2:1 Or 1.87:1.

That's a 20" shaft.
If the gearcase is original for the motor, it's probably a 2:1.
Rotate the flywheel one complete turn by hand and check to see how far the prop has rotated.

That' is the ugliest decal job I've ever seen! Hardware store address letters and numbers. Gotta love it...
