Can someone tell me what is differant about the post '93 Looper cranks than the earlier ones?

93 And Up Are About 1/4 Longer On Spline( Driveshaft) End. This Is Why Some Lowers Will Interchange And Some Wont. ( All Will With Correct D/s Installed)

Yup, there is a stamped nipple on the end.
One way for OMC to get more money. Drive shafts need to be shorter for the new one or you'll load the top bearing in the lower unit....NOT good. Don't ask me how I know this.
