1-1/4" prop conversion?

Has anyone converted there old 1" props over to the new Merc 1-1/4" shaft??

If so how did you do it???:confused:

If Your Talking About Small Shaft To Large Shaft I Did. Performance Propeller In Soddy Did Mine.

Is the new centre welded in?

And if so I wonder how it was centered?

It Is Welded In. I Think They Are The Only Ones Doing It Since Its Such A Pita. They Did A Great Job Though, Its Beautiful..
