Has anyone ever used SmugMug? I am on like day 5 of my trial period. I ordered a few prints from myself and haven't received them yet. Just looking for opinions at this point.

I got my first 8x10 today that was taken with the kit lens and cropped pretty bad. I put the order in late last Tuesday night. The print was shipped by Thursday. Customer service is outstanding as I did write them Friday to inquire about the status of the order.

The print really turned out nice. I was very surprised seeing as it wasn't a very good pic to begin with. It was printed on professional grade Fujifilm paper and very reasonably priced. Two big thumbs up for SmugMug. If you are any good at HTML, you can build your own front end and nobody will know it is SmugMug on the back end. I'm not quite there yet...

i've been looking around for a site also and think i have decided on smugmug instead of pbase. which account did you sign up for? it also states that if i have a current users email address i get a discount. what's yours? ;)

I went with the Pro subscription. You can use the coupon code in the initial post. I really like it so far. Use up your trial period before you decide. The one experience I have had with customer service was outstanding.

Very nice! One other thing to mention, if you spring for Elements v5, you can upload directly to any of your galleries in Smugmug. I found this out by accident.
