Anybody familiar with this motor??Motor stalls like its starving for fuel and dies.I found the fuel hoses falling apart,so I replaced them, but the odd thing is when it dies it won't turn over, kinda like a dead battery. After about 4 minutes it starts right up.What could it be?????

It stalls when? When you are out running across the lake?

You could have a hydraulic lock- blown head gasket. Check for a plug that look washed compared to the others. Also, could be a piston lock from overheat on one cylinder. I have seen pistons get a carbon ring on the skirt so bad that it won't let oil/gas get to the rings to cool them-thus an overheat on one cyl and piston lock-will start right back up after a few minutes. You may want to pull the heads and exhaust covers to see what the pistons and head gasket look like. Check your compression. If you have the carbon on the piston skirt, esp around the rings-run one or two cans of engine tuner through the engine.

HI.Yes all of the above also is vro still connected ?If so fuel and oil is in those replaced lines check this for proper opp. check thoroughly cooling system opp. [pumping] feel cyinder heads block when this happens or run on hose and feel for hotter area . Could be thermostat [2 ] clean carbs. cold be plugged high speed jet on one.Does engine idle stable all 6 new spark plugs of proper heat range .Many diss. vro of that period and pemix 50 to 1 I would not run over idle unti hoppfully corrected .you can also see piston rings if sticking by removing cross over intake covers 6 small covers on sides of block . thanks.

My bet is you have a sticking piston. My seadoo did that.

I would pull the plugs and look in your cylinders and see. Better to fix it now, then wait, trust me. :D
