Have you ever run tubes like that before? I have to question weither it will work the way you think. had a customer that wanted to pick up water and fill his livewells while under way. He made some fittings and All it di was drain the livewell and aereate the prop. What I think is going to happen is there is going to be a lot more air pulled through those tube then you think and you are going to blow the prop out as soon as it starts to break over on plane. It is a interesting idea but I would really like to hear how it works. from what I have seen before I don't think it is going to work like you think it will. You have a lot of work in it and it is a good looking rig. I hope i am wrong.

Ventilated bottoms have been around for years. Mostly in Offshore Race Boats. He shouldn't have a problem with that. I'll keep ya's posted as he gets it tested.
