I just got a 2001 Blazer 202 with a 1999 3 litre 225 EFI with 12 inch setback and find the engine very lazy at low rpm .So far it needs a small hub trophy to let it ventilate enough to get on plane but it blows out lots when it comes on plane. Any suggestions would be appreciated. I am suspecting TPS or Air Temp sensor as it idles and starts fine but does not seem to want to grunt at all below 3500 rpm. The boat is great on top end and so far I have seen 80 mph with a 27 trophy. It seems to like the trophys much better than tempests so far but possibly if I get the engine to work at low rpm the tempests will shine. Any hot prop suggestions and is the blowout from too much setback ? --- mike
