Evinrude VRO?

What year did Evinrude come out with a 60HP VRO? This one has a blue cowl with white'ish stripes. I tried to post a picture but it's to big and I can't resize. I've this as a 1990.

I don't know about the 60. But, I think they came out with VRO in 1984.

The first year for the VRO on the 60 may have been 1985. Though the VRO pumps came out in 84, that year's 60 engine shows the old pump.
