I have only bought a t-shirt off of him so far but even with that he e-mailed me when he got some in and even sent one for my son for FREE. I mentioned to him on the phone that I wanted 2 and he could only find a large one while I was talking to him but found a small size before he sent it to me. Instead of just charging 2 on my credit card he only charged me 1 and sent the other one no charge. My son loves it and he even wore it to the Palatka race last weekend. ;) It's great to know there are a few nice people left out there. :)

When I was looking for an egt probe for my OMC looper Marty took time to explain some of the basics to me and that was after he called me back and I had already purchased it from another vendor.

Great guy and I will recommend him to all my Merc buddies. Too bad he doesn't do OMCs also.

Marty and Joe are #1 in my book as well. After 15 years of going to local shops and either the work was done wrong, not at all, getting ripped off or all three! I finally found ''The Best Of The Best'' when it comes to High Performance Marine.Never once did they try to sell me something I did not need.I would call sometimes several times a week and Marty or Joe ,no matter how bussy they were, they always took the time to talk and answer any questions. They are both Guru`s in the outboard industry.I will be a customer for life.

Bought a set of cut heads for my 280 and ran them over the weekend at our rally. Well, phone call @ 9 am Monday and it's Marty to find out how things went. They have always been helpful and will get my future buisness. Most of all they trust people. Every time I have made a purchase I always offer to pay up front but Marty refuses to let me until I have tried my product, his favorite saying " Na just send me a check after you get your pieces". These guy's are top notch and always have a helpful solution to any problem. My 2 cents You are right offshoresteve, they will talk you out of wasting money on bad decisions, and will not sell you something if it won't help you.

# 1 !!! But I have one question.....What the hell is that big old dirty offshore boat in their parking lot??? Looks like it was buried somewhere & they dug it up, literally! Is it a personal project of theirs? Anyone know? AirRide

That is a 40`Performance hull. Marty and Joe are going to turn it into a Giant center console for their pleasure boat.I would like to see it with Quad Mrecs:D

It only takes one conversation with Marty to realize the vast wealth of knowledge he has . He has probably forgotten more than a lot of us will ever know!

Lauderdale back in the 80's. Gotcha, now I recognize the boat. That one, though, is gonna need some serious TLC! AirRide

I met Marty & Joe Over 20 years ago I was running a 20 ft sleekcraft trying to get more out of it,instead of taking my money to get me a little faster he steered me in the right direction into a real sweet stv which I still own. over the years he & joe have helped me with parts & machinework & most importantly straight talk no bull advise that has always given great results. Most recently I upgraded to a 280 offshore powerhead,I was having trouble getting it to rev I tried diffrent computers & a list of stuff finally I called marty even though I hadnt got the motor from him he spent alot of time on the phone trying to get it figured out, finally sent it to him, he made some adjustments, dynoed it sent it back & it ran it like a champ.I was expecting to spend some major cash thinking i had some big problem but thanks to their expertise & honesty they got me back on the water for a minimal expense. I have since put their tuner in & marty supplied me with a new cleaver, again great results always a plus with these guys, Thanks again, anyone looking for the real deal wont be dissapointed with them
