I especially like how they removed the Scream And Fly watermark and applied their own. Classy.

Lets have a picnic at their doorstep and replace their eyeballs with road flares . That ought to drive the point home .

Not exactly, but it is your daddy in the picture. The image belongs to the artist/copyright holder I am pretty sure.

Like someone said above greg, if you did sucky work, no one would want to steal it. Frikin thieves, they always take the good stuff!

I'm not sure but isnt it copyright infringement only if you are makeing money on the photo? And dont you have to file with the Libraray of Congress copyright division to get it actualy copyrighten?I went through all this when I Produced a freinds rock CD.It wasnt easy and there was a lot of paper work to be filed.

I think if you take a picture that is copyrighted and put your name on it claiming it as your own, money or not I'm pretty sure that's infringement.

I believe you file as a certain entity or company that produces your own pictures, songs, designs, etc. so that anything generated under that name, i.e. Scream and Fly carries a copyright.

Similar to work I've done with architectural firms, any design we put out on the street to a certain client carrying our name/logo etc is copyrighted, and is someone else were to duplicate a design and put their name to it, that would be considered copyright infringement. ;)
