Not too surprising from these low lifes, but still pretty low.
Reported this morning PETA was speaking out against Steve's empire built on terrorizing and tormenting the poor animals.

That is low.

I still like to see their naked protests though....some of them apparently don't like any fur on their muff's either.:D

Just think of the views this thread would have gotten if I titled it, "Furless beavers slam Steve Irwin".

lol those hippies have to learn when to put the pipe down. Steve Irwin was about CONSERVATION and educated people above wild animals, I guess rescuing animals and educating the public about them is torture:confused:

The only thing wrong with Peta members is there isn't a hunting season on them.

It's not the only thing wrong with them, but it's certainly one that needs attention.

They were after colonel sanders for a while too. I can't remember what the billboard said, but they need to get a life.

I once dated a girl who was into all this peta crap. So one day I just point blank asked her, how do you think they test all those prescriptions you take? She said she didn't get what I meant. So I said, do you think they test them on humans first?

Needless to say, that pretty much ended that relationship. Its all good though, hunting season was right around the corner. :D :D

I got in an argument with one at UNH because I used Gilette shaving cream and they test on animals. At one point she punched me... I asked her why it was ok for her to punch me but I can't hurt an animal. When she couldn't answer I almost 10 second slapped her... You know... slap her every 10 seconds until she figures out why she is such an idiot. In retrospect I should have.

PETA looks for publicity like Al Sharpton or Jesse Jackson.

They take interest stories and trip the light fantastic to spark interest in other radicals:mad:

Nothing good to come from it or nothing gained by it, just putting their wretched name in the headlines. The only thing they get is more money from eccentrics to support a rediculous causes:rolleyes:

I believe Crikey Boy brought more interest to the darkest and most feared animals, kind of like the way Marlon Perkins and Jim Fowler did in "Mutual of Omaha's Wild Kingdom"

BTW, Steve brought back those lovely memories of Marlon narrating "Let's look at Jim (in a distance) teasing that leopard in the tree with a twig"

What ever happened to Jim

(Still an expert on predatory birds and developing habitats);)
