ne of my buddies did some damage to his 150 efi. We are trying to find a good reputable place to get a remaned powerhead for it. I have found a place in PA called blackbird industries that does v6 powerheads for 2800 with a year warranty. Anybody had any experience with them? What other places do good work? I don't think he wants to reuse his block because it got hot...just use it as a core...thanks for your input guys! I would stay as far away as you could from blackbird. I have never had any dealing with them but on scream and fly and I have never heard anything good about him

I read this on bbc and had to reply. I hope someone on here would try to talk some since in this poor guy.

I don't understand your post. Is it a question or comment? It looks like you're asking for advice on Blackbird at first, then saying to stay away.

I screwed up transfering it over from bbc. One guy asked the question and I was the one who told him to stay away from it. When I copied it over it was all together . Not many people on bbc has ever heard of blackbird.

Blackbird is one of the biggest crooks in the outboard business. They are in PA. Run, don't walk and get away from any dealings with them as fast as you can. They talk a good game and are very slick and convincing so don't let them sucker you in. If you would like full details, email me
