Oil in exhaust

Ran my 250 efi 3 liter on the hose yesterday for about ten minutes. This morning I noticed what looked like a black oily substance dripping off the skeg. Looks like it came from around the exhaust ring on the prop.At first I thought I might have a bad seal in the lower, but it checks out fine. Almost looks like dirty injection oil. Never had this before. Any ideas? thanks

Thanks . I guess I never paid attention with the 2.5 liter I had on the boat prior to this motor. Just seemed like a lot of discharge for a short time on the hose. Appreciate your reply.
