I have a 16ft cat with 2.4 200, 1988.. between 3/4,and WOT I hit a dead spot. Other threads have provided info what it could be..My question is,could the in line primer ball be restricting the flow at higher rpm's due to the inlet/outlet diameter? the motor is carburated...do I need the ball at all? I was wondering about changing the fule pump as well..I know certain guys prefer the Holley's red,and blues..What is my best bet for a bone stock 200? thanks guys, much appreciated..
