is there someone out there who can post a wiring diagram for a jackplate? 3 wires,2 selenoids,1 pump,etc.Thank you for your help!:)

Nick,
It should be wired just like a trim system. At the switch: 1 hot wire(hot all the time), Green-to the down side of the switch, Blue-to the up side of switch. Should have 1 hot to the pump(fused or breaker), 1 ground at pump. If you need a hand Nick let me know I'll come help ya.

do AutoZone,Advance,etc test selenoids??thanks,again,sure do sound simple,but I more resemble senile!!!

You can test the solinoids. Use a 12volt battery and run 1 hot wire to 1 of the small terminals,1 ground wire to other small terminal. now use an OHM meter to test for continuity between the 2 large terminals. If it has continuity it is good, and vice versa.

selenoids seem good so me's thinking maybe brushes in the pump motor,also don't like the end of one hose,looks suspect!
