difference between 200 efi 250

This might be a question no one will want to answer but here it goes. I am trying to find out why my 2004 250 EFI ecu wont work in my 2004 200 EFI they are the same bore stroke ect.. when I plug in the 250 ecu it idles fine and runs good but wont turn over a 5000 rpms not matter what prop. Do they have the same intake ? injectors different? I cant figure it out any help would be great.

The 250 has a 4 bore air box... The 200 prob has 2 bore air box. I think the 250 would run RICH on a 200. More gas in the metering.:cool:

if I change the air box I should be ok then? I will order up one if thats all I need. Pretty sad when you start racing pontoons to LOL.
