A Big Scream And Fly Day On Mullica River In New Jersey Today!!!!

I was launching today for the first time. Also had Ed(reads Scream and Fly, but doesn't post here) from Fla. Keys come over with his STV River Rocket. I talked to Ed on Friday about coming over to check out the Q-Shot. He was in Woodbury, New Jersey visiting his mom. Also Mike( At100plus) stopped over with his new Rapid Craft Riot. Your lucky around here to see one Mod-VP, not 3 of them at one time!!!!:eek: :D Very cool day to say the least, I for one had a great time. My neighbor Scott ( on the board as Scott Rabush) was laughing about it also, and seeing such cool boats.:cool: Chuck.

Had a fun weekend with the boat. I love the Mullica. I think maybe I'll keep the Riot for a while. Gotta make that CT River Run, yer right! It's actually an easy and fun boat, amazing acceleration.

Ed seemed like a great guy.

I got a tuner on it and the dry-stacking, so 300XS is quite a bit quieter now!!!!:D Chuck.

Boat looks great. George did a great job with the rigging. That thing should fly with that 300 shorty on it.

Chuck just cuirous how loud it is?, I have a 21ft boat that I am going to put a pair of 300's with mad mids, was looking at the dry stacking from simon but wondering if it was going to make it unbearably loud??

We started it on the trailer, and it was LOUD. But when I backed it in the water and started it, the sound was nice. You can talk in the boat, without shouting. When you crack it, it is loud, but very bearable.:cool: Chuck.

im going to be open for any weekend at this point due to summer running out , i just want it to be warm still so we can swim too if we want to . i might even bring a couple rc boats with me to tear up and down the river :D my friend will come too ( nice dreams ) he has a bullet boat we are currently rigging at my garage . so lets keep this going the thread is dieing :(

Get with it Kev, thread isn't dying. Moved to events and gatherings. Keep your eyes open. I guess all that work on all dem' projects at your house are makin your mind into mush. :confused: The boat is comming along nicely though.:D
That water is COLD down there no? I think its like cedar creek down there, I guess that depends on how far from great bay we will be. gotta protect the boys:cool:

No the water is warm but it is brackish, mostly fresh cedar water.
