Why he is still advertsing here is beyond me. Must be the $$$$. :( That is the main reason why I don't post here anymore then I do.
Get a real Mirage or a real STV if you want a ModVP tunnel. You won't be sorry.... Since then I have bought two Allisons and haven't looked back!!!
Nick, I hear peanuts go well with beer! :D

If you will notice, all three of those bashing threads were started by forkin.
He has an ax to grind. He broke his out of warranty boat on a big wake and he thinks the manufacturer should give him his money back. As I understand it, Noah at one time offered to fix it but forkin didn't want it fixed, he wanted the CASH.
The boat broke because of driver error. DON'T DRIVE YOUR RACE BOAT IN HEAVY WAVES AND WAKES. DUH!!!!

That's B.S. I used to drive my Mirage Mod vp boat over wave like roller coasters. Have you ever seen a Mod VP race? it ain't smooth!!! If that boat of Pauls would of been layed up correctly he still would be driving it. I know guy here that has a Lee Mirage (the one Noah copied) that was made in the 80's and I doubt very much if you will ever find someone that punishes his boat more than this one and there are no problems with it falling apart. Noah built Paul a P.O.S. Facts not fiction!

Maybe, maybe not... But do yourself a favor and look at the construction quality. Then take a look at a STV, Quartershot, Collins built Mirage, Allison, etc...
O B V I O U S, G L A R I N G difference in quality. You could jump an STV, Q-Shot, Mirage etc, off a wake and land it in the parking lot and it would not sustain the damage that the Eagle boat had.
Just my thoughts...

What Has Been Done About This? What Did You Do With The Boat In Question? Was It Destroyed ? Rebuilt? Cut Up And Fed To The Builder , I Need Closure On This. Im Trapped Like A Housewife Watchin Soaps! Very Serious Stuff And I Agree That Someone Had Your Back Up There Amen!
Was No Accident If You Didn't Crash : Upside Down Or Otherwise,
Sounds Like The Boats Suck Anywho, Heard They Were Old Slow Mirage Copys?

I've went flying into big wakes & rollers haulin it and had the prop high enough out of the water that you could walk under it and never hurt my Collins Mirage. Many times. If it couldn't take that it would be gone.

I hate to say it but any boat will break if you abuse it.
I don't care who you are, you don't expect to take something back for a FULL REFUND after you have had it for 2 years. I don't care if you never mounted a motor on that thing. EVEN WAL MART WON'T TAKE IT BACK AFTER 2 YEARS.
As far as the true quality of Noahs boats, I don't know, I've never seen one up close. Get in touch with other people who own Noahs boats and see what they say. I haven't seen anyone else bashing his boats.
Is the quality as good as a new Wally built STV. I doubt it seriously. Nothing out there compares to a Wally built boat IMO. But I don't think Wally is going to build you a boat at this time. He is having some difficulties and building boats ain't exactly on his priority list right now.
Jack Barsch (spelling) has a great reputation as well. He's one of those guys whome you never here anything bad about, just good. That speaks for itself.
Good luck with your boat search.

You have any freagin clue what you're talkin about?? Should I answer for you?
Look at the pictures of that POS!
Unsealed, untreated pine reinforcments?? That acceptable to you??
Complete voids in every one of the steps in the sponsons! Nothing there but gel coat.
Hows that work into your wealth of boat building expertise as far as construction quality??
If you had a clue what the hail you were talkin about you'd know Paul had problems with that boat and trailer from day one! (gave noah the trailer back!)
You ever even seen one in person??
I have and they ain't even close.
Freagin amazing!
I saw another one recently and I wouldn't have put a freagin jet ski on the trailer that Noah sells wiith that boat! To the point of being unsafe!

just got rid of an '85 STV Pro Comp that weighed 468 lbs. Was an X Mod VP race boat. Still had the capsule mount holes in stringers!
Uglier than shiit, 10 layers of paint but all original!
Know where another one is that's an '84 w/a 400 HP F-1 V-8 on it and is virgin condition.

1. Noah offered to fix it for a fee. Seeing the quality of glass work they do, I declined.
2. I offered to sell it back to Noah at a fair price. He could have fixed it and sold it to some other sucker. He declined and gave me some "This ain't Walmart BS".
3. I have beat the shxt out of both of my Allisons with not even a hint of a stress crack. I ran my Comp Pro XB 2002 across Lake Maurepas this summer in 3' chop. The boat spent more time in the air then it did in the water. FYI since you're probably dumb to any of Allisons models, the Comp Pro is 100# lighter then a standard layup boat... oh and its also 16 years old.
4. You don't know what the hell you are talking about, Shawn, so shut the "F" UP!!! You are just mad at me for hammering that idiot BL and his BS posts giving bad advice to newbies.
Driver error? HA!!!! How would you know? You were not there were you? You wouldn't know a boat driver if he bit you in the ass!!! With that said, when I come to FL this fall, maybe we should race. LOL!!!

Paul, thanks for questioning my integrity. Now that you brought me into this, I'll state my opinion.
You raved about how great the Eagle One boat was for two years. Of course, you pride yourself on being someone that knows how to build boats (didn't you say you worked for Youngblood?), so these praises were coming from someone that knew about boat construction. Then, you break the boat on some waves, and never even give Eagle One a chance to rectify the problem (they offered a repair, free of charge). Your solution was for them to "buy the boat back". Would any boat company buy a boat back - especially after two years? No, they wouldn't. Let's put aside the fact that this is a lightweight performance boat.
Now you call me and we talk a few times about this. I wanted to help you and I expressed a desire to work this out between you and Eagle One. Again, that was not good enough. Your ego was in overdrive at this point.
But you exacted your revenge your own way - by slamming Eagle One on the Internet on every forum your computer could reach. With your famous "I should have bought an STV" quote in your signature. Yeah, if you wanted an STV, you would have paid the $20,000 to get one. I suppose Noah should have begged you to buy the boat back at this point, right? Fat chance.
We've seen failures from just about every boat on here. What's going to happen if you break your Allison - are you going to mount an internet smear campaign against them too?

Nice Action,
Well i don;t mean to get on anyones side but why just keep arguing? Some boats arent made the same as others i would deffinantly trust Mirage's over any other boat. never had any experience with Eagle but 1 mistake could happen to anyone. ?One little tiny mistake can end up to a bad accident to ANYONE! Forkin i dont know what happened i know i shouldnt be saying this but i don't see why making a little mistake is such a bad thing? you should learn from the past mistakes and the ones that are pretty much making fun of him because what has happened could have happened to anyone. and what i have read about people driving into big waves and rollers hasnt done anything. So if a admin could please just see this thread and delieate it like posted by 1BadAction?

Thats Jack Barsh and when he and I started offshore racing there was an APBA class for STV's and other comparable boats in Puerto Rico so don't blow no smoke here.A well built boat will take more than you will. If you take a paper weight boat that is meant for drag only, superlight, and run over rollers then I don't care who makes it your app to get wet.The reason Jacks boats are so good his because he knows how to build them,RIGHT & LIGHT.I have been at his shop and seen other boats that are delaminating and they are near new.The fact is when the going gets tough the weak fallout or apart in this case.

Let’s get this straight.
Noah never offered a repair free of charge; I think I already covered that.
I couldn't see any of the inside or its construction because it was white gel with black spatter to cover up all the oops. How was I expected to see through the floor?
My XB is a light weight performance boat, but it wasn't lightened in the HULL!!!!
My ego? LMAO I was pissed because I had lost a lot of money. Apparently that is no problem to you, as you said "Well you get what you pay for". And I should have gotten a used Mirage or STV.
The main reason I "slammed" (I call exposing a shyster) Eagle One was to keep some one else from experiencing the heart ache and misery that happened to me. Or does that make sense?
I don't see me breaking my Allisons. They are as tough as it gets. I have already given my XB 2002 Comp Pro an hour ride across Lake Maurepas in 3' chop, or did you not read my post? If it would have broken, it would have then. I NEVER put my cyclone through that hell. I didn't want to do it to my Allison, but when weather blows up, you don't have much choice. If I had been in my cyclone, I would have been swimming!!!
So I see this thread getting spoofed. The truth is hard to take sometimes.
