HELLO......
I live in the GREAT LAKE STATE.......(Michigan) n I've owned alot of boats,...my tru luv is a 79 SeaRay,17'/250/6inline....it runs the river(Detroit) just fine....BUT,recently, I bought a pontoon & a new Mercury 40 hp "BIG FOOT".......does anyone know what gauges I can wire into the 14 pin harness that comes with that power plant??? all input is welcome:D

That should be a smart craft setup.
If it's a late model engine buy the Mercury smart craft multy function guage, it literaly does just about every function you would require all in one guage and you buy the pigtail harness that plugs into the main harness and it's over. Good Luck.....................FIG

I shoulda went with the "smartcraft" set up,..however, I ended up installing seperate gauges,...a tach,oil pressure (had ta buy a sending unit also), temp,& speedo.,.....

I'm partial to having a dash full of gauges myself.................looks so much more impressive, and if any given one taken a crap you are not outta gas......LOL FIG
