v-king trailer needs an overhaul in preparation for the fla trip... doubt ill do it today cause of tha heat. if its bareable i might ride out there to short beach on the bike... no boat (even though it ran flawlessly the other day) short beach isnt the water ya want when ur in a v-king any way :rolleyes:

next week is my last week in NY with the V-King :eek: i might have to test the trailer's highway skills on loop parkway/ jones beach causeway and swing by tanner next wed :eek: get ur tow lines ready :D ill hang close to the ramp so you dont have to tow me far lol

i rode out there but couldnt figure out how to get to short beach... anyone know if i can throw my boat in at lido beach or do you have to have some kind of membership? is it a public ramp?

might try to meet yas over there next wed for my last wednesday in NY haha :D

Thats a major ride!!! Tanner Park is real close to the Nassau/Suffolk boarder. You would probably have to stop for gas along the way.
It would be better and cheaper to trailer you boat to Tanner Park and pay the ramp fee.

Bash i was thinking the same thing. have to see what comes up later on .put it on the ferry for thetrip over. i think it was only $65.00 when i bought last year.saved alot driving time on the highway.
