put on on the port side for driving solo.

I have transom knees in my Vegas, so my tank is up close to the rear seat and the battery is behind it in the rear port side corner.

Thank You. I built a real fancy structure in the rear to facilitat all mounting in rear without drilling any holes in new floor. i used 3" alum.rack channel mat. for most of it. I bolted it to my new knees which are out to side of tank. It's like a box running from transomto back of seat base about 2" off floor, level with floor at base of large stringer. Was going to put trim pump/fuel seperator in port hole but right in front so wiring easy to service. I will probably try bat in front corner of box just ahead of tank port but do you think i should move bat out of box into hole and back far as I can. In the past bat has always been starboard just ahead of tank and i had a hard time balancing the boat on pad. The bow sort of rolls in a clockwise small circle like bite, release, bite, release. i finally quit trying to correct it and let it go in this little circle and it never seamed to get worst. Now my buddy has a V-king with 6" bob hydralic and it does not roll like this.he running a '95 150 Rude.

Yea' I saw you post about a year ago. I been staying off line no time or money to finish boat but now im taking care of it.no matter what else comes up. I spent the last month and 1 week vaca on it and Im almost there

Im from Detroit myself and live in Orlando. we used to go to irish hills to buy harleys. They were cheaper out there. Seams like there was a real nice beach out there somewhere. State park or something.

Yep, I was at that State Park on Sunday, on Wamplers Lake. I held my boat in the shallow water with the cover on for 15 minutes while a driving thunderstorm blew through. 50 mph winds and 2 ft waves washing ashore. It was brutal. My face still hurts.

If the bow is "floating" and bobbing softly, you're just flying the bow a bit too high. If you bring it back down too much it will slow down from hull drag. Find the sweet spot, just enough trim to keep it on the pad. Less steering torque and crabbing, less chinewalk, and more speed that way.

pyro if i try to but the bat up in the corner out side of large ribport side rear i need more bat cable but i figured a way to clamp it down. if i put itjust ahead of tank port side trim pump in center cause that how long my trim lines are, do you think boat will balance on pad. Also when you grap the motor from the rear cav plate hard you can set up a shake at seastar cyl does this seam normal. i dont know how to post pics yet.
